We are committed to building a brand and product you can trust, so we will be providing regular development updates on the InSite Pro as we progress towards launch.
Where we are with development
We have received our first set of pre-production machined parts. Until now, we relied on 3D-printed prototypes to visualize the form factor, verify fit, and test operations. In contrast, these new machined parts use production-grade materials and reflect our final design. This is a major milestone that allows us to move forward with functional testing, drop testing, and manufacturing process development.
Additionally, these components incorporate key design updates made in response to feedback from our customers. Watch our video to learn more or take a look at these updates below.

Metal-Reinforced Handle
We know that GCs, facility managers and more will be using the InSite Pro on jobsites or while up on ladders. This is why we reinforced its handle with stainless steel to help it survive drops.

Rechargeable 12V Battery
Jobs don't wait, which is why making the battery easy to charge and swap is critical. We chose to use a familiar form factor, 12V handle battery, that should last at least an hour with continuous scanning. When it needs more juice, simply recharge it with its included, quick-charging docking station.

Integrated Thermal Camera Accessory
You're already dealing with a truck full of tools, so we wanted to help reduce the trips. The InSite Pro includes a connection for our thermal camera accessory, allowing you to have radar imaging, thermal imaging and a regular camera all in one. Simply connect it through the port in the back and it will operate on the InSite Pro's power and be accessible via the device interface.

Extension Rod Attachment
A common question we get asked is "what about when I want to scan a ceiling or down low on the wall to assess water damage?". This is why we built an extension rod attachment that can support virtually any normally threaded extension pole. Simply click in the attachment, screw in the pole and scan high or low (sold separately).
We're excited with the progress to date, but there is still plenty of work to do. To receive updates on development, launch and more, sign up for our waitlist or newsletter.
